The Missouri Community Assessment & Planning Process (MoCAPP)
MO DED

General Information

The purpose of MoCAPP is to assist local governments with a self-guided local assessment and planning process tool. This is an important, broad-based, community process which results in important civic planning guidance and awareness. Additionally, being a MoCAPP Municipality is a recognized credential when pursuing grants and external funding to help with Louisiana's needs.

Please help Louisiana by contributing your voice! This is your opportunity to share concerns and express your thoughts for Louisiana's priorities. Please contact one of the MoCAPP organizers to be heard!

MoCAPP File Repository

It was determined in the 2011 MoCAPP process that these files (PDF Forms) should be kept as "living documents" such that they could be updated as needed to remain a viable planning tool for Louisiana. The 'living files' are located in a FREE Dropbox repository which is accessible online and on coordinator's local computers. This allows collaboration by many people in the ongoing effort to realize Louisiana's potential. For access to the Louisiana MoCAPP Dropbox contact Bart Niedner at Bart@ResourceForge.com.

MO DED Resources

Please visit the MoCAPP Research Toolbox for copies of the original Missouri Department of Economic Development (DED) forms and additional information. (NB: The DED files will not save user data when saved. See below.)

Louisiana Digital Process

For the purposes of Louisiana's MoCAPP process, DED's forms have been saved in a PDF format capable of saving form data from the FREE Adobe Reader version 9 and later (the original forms will not retain input data when you save the file).
