• Missouri License Office is located at Louisiana City Hall, 202 S. Third Street, Phone: 1-573-754-6864, Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., last Saturday of each month – 9:00 a.m. to 12:00, documents needed:
  
  
• Your current original insurance identification card
• Your original paid personal property tax receipt or tax waiver
• An original vehicle safety inspection less than 60 days old
• The assigned title or Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin
• Your out-of-state registration if lien holder is applicable
  
  

• The City of Louisiana requires Vehicle City Stickers. Individuals need to provide proof of payment of City Taxes to acquire the sticker at the Water Department, 202 S. 3^rd Street, Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. cost of sticker is $1.00 each. Phone: 1-573-754-4592.

• Water – Sewer – Garbage: There is a $100 deposit and a $7.50 service charge to acquire water service. Please apply in person at the Water Department, 202 S. Third Street to set up a new account.
